This book examines the lives and cultures of the Arawak, from their origins to their contacts with Columbus and the deadly aftermath of interactions. Unfortunately it was not clear in the description that this was not the narrative edition - it was in 'drama' form - this was very inconvenient as I had bought it as a present and had a deadline date to meet - I had to return it - at my own cost - not happy about this as I would not have ordered it had it stated that this was not the narrative - lot of bother, extra expense and missed deadline!!!!
