Never again will we book any Britannia hotel it really is awful I have rated it 1 star as -5 isn’t an option, Stayed july 2020 at the norbeck blackpool Mould urine stained bathroom floor sharpe broken sosp dish on side of shower wall cut my arm on it rust on all metals in bathroom people running round till 3am all fire doors open no security to the hotel staff are rude when you complain to them have emailed Britannia hotels with no reply have sent 3 emails so far tried to call avoid this place the only reason i give 1 star is that ypu have to pick one to post, I worked here for 7 months and felt bullied picked on and belittled by staff managers Caroline buttery and Shirley corandale. They were unfair to staff and had very little respect towards staff working through the pandemic.
