it was flavorful, but, eating it showed the taro was also a little hard/dry.. maybe this was a “middle stacked” bowl, where the steam was not as penetrative, when there were a number of bowls stacked inside a steamer.. the side bowls, okay, middle, slightly underdone. The food is a bit cold and not freshly cooked. First time we have had yum Cha & it was definitely great to try something new just perhaps the fact two out of three of us are fussy & none of us like seafood made my rating not as high.
