Stayed on Fri night and just fancied something light so ordered the nachos and they can't even get a simple dish like that right. Own or manage this property? Unfortunately the night we stayed the room's heating/aircon did not seem to work and was stuck at a low level, there was a very thin duvet or blanket on the bed. The rooms are spacious, nice bathroom and comfortable lobby area.

Stayed one night as had a business meeting nearby early the next day. We have used this hotel many times, its so convenient for the airport and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There are more places to choose from in the Liverpool area. A fitness center and free breakfast will also help to make your stay even more special. Stayed here several times and overall OK experience.

The digital key didnt work for my room only the gym and entrance which meant I, had to go back to reception to get a plastic key.
