The room didn't give you the space to spread out, and the wardrobe was a narrow cupboard,full of iron, ironing board, safe, tray with tea mugs, kettle etc.The bath was a problem.....we had to step in it to run the water. I will also take up your difficulties regarding the bath with our maintenence team to see if we can look at making it more accessible.

I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay and i completely agree, we are in an amazing location close to all of Liverpool's main attractions (especially The Cavern!). We also went to a concert at the Echo Arena, an easy 15 minute walk away at Albert Dock. Im not a true fan of the Beatles, but enjoyed being surrounded by... Great hotel....but has a couple of minor issues that let it down. The shower glass screen didn't open to get access to taps as it bumped into the sink...perhaps it was me and my arms are too short. One of the lifts was out for the entirety of our stay but we were lucky enough to be on one of the lower floors so we just took the stairs.

Located in the centre of Liverpool it is in easy walking distance of the Albert Dock and Lime Street station, and is just 30 seconds from Mathew Street - the home of the Cavern Club. We were hoping to upgrade but the hotel was booked by then and the response was "thats the room you chose" I will say that if we had truly needed those accessibility facilities, I would have given this place 1 star. On July 1, 2019 I checked into room #314, and found the ceiling molded and dirty. Review tags are currently only available for English language reviews. Being a city centre hotel, your in the thick of city centre noise......add that to Matthew Street and the sound from the Cavern.....your best to shut door at night, noise is never an issue with me though.Breakfast is very nice buffet style, served in a spacious restaurant. Our Location It’s elegant, if a little baroque, and experience has taught SevenStreets that enjoying a cocktail here can be mind-meltingly expensive.
We did go into the Cavern on Sunday afternoon and although the atmosphere was electric it was packed and getting to see the artefacts was virtually impossible.Sunday morning we walked to the Waterfront and boarded the Mersey Ferry which is very good and informative good value we thought.Monday I made a big mistake , because I could not make my mind up which bus tour to do ,I opted to just turn up for the 12:00hrs Magical Mystery Tour from the Waterfront . I have taken your feedback on board and advised the relevant departments to make the changes needed, I do hope this does not deter you from choosing Hard Days Night Hotel Liverpool.
