Your gracious words will certainly fire up The Shankly team spirit.The whole team read with glee your comments, especially "The whole experience has been seamless" and "Food at the restaurant for both breakfast and tea was impeccable" The team's passion for going that extra mile certainly shone through. in the room wasn't working, we informed a lady on receptionist and she just shrugged and said okay ( We wasn't happy ) had to sleep with the windows open and the city is loud 24/7, with my husband being a type 1 diabetic we needed the room to be cooler as being hot leads to his have hypos.We enjoyed a lovely 3 course meal on our first night in the hotel. I was thrilled to see you had a great experience, we want to provide our guests with the best possible experience along with service and from your review we did just that.
