Enjoyed our 61st anniversary dinner at Fujiyama. This was 4th time I've came to this location and its always great hospitality from the hostess to the chefs. Even the portion sizes were off... when I brought it up to the manager he basically said oh they just focus on the middle... my was in one of the 4 from chairs so he was in the “middle”. The booths and walls were dirty. Each order includes two grilled skewers with green onions & teriyaki sauce.

We like that you can also enjoy the meal in the bar without the table side prep. Teriyaki $17 the appetizers $7.50 and $5.50. Not great but it was our fault for not getting a reservation. Miso type soup and a green salad were served to all, while the waitress and chef took orders and prepared to cook our meal on the hibachi grill at our table. In large group so two tables and we did feel split from the group when chefs cooking. Everything went ok until it was time to leave. We will return and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great dinning experience. Quirky dark bar, but I love it.

We at least go one time when we visit the Tri-Cities.
The food prep, entertainment and service has also been very good. We were very disappointed. I hate to be writing my first 1 star review of a place but I hope it's a lesson learned to them, and a warning to you in case you ever consider going there. when my 13 yr old asked for a container in a way the server didn't like--she was sooo embarrassed!
