When I went on my hen do in August we found they did them even on a Saturday night until we left at 1am so I think it's everyday but I'm not sure what time they started. Although there was a group of us we accepted due to Covid restrictions we would be seated separately on booking,sadly this was in 3 different corners of the restaurant.Spoilt our evening as we'd previously enjoyed a meal at another restaurant distanced...but close by, we're responsible and understand the rules.
