1st room soaking wet, second room freezing cold, Stayed for 1 night stay on 11/11/2016 with my husband as a 65th Birthday treat from our children also they had paid for a meal for 2 and a bottle of wine, on arrival we produced our voucher at check in and were told that as its a Friday we would not be able to use it as the restaurant was very busy, we suggested that ok we will pay cash and told that we still may not be able to obtain food as they were busy, I explained that my husband was a insulin dependant diabetic and it was impperitive that he eats, the girl just apoligised but done nothing to help so I said we will just have to settle for room service BUT GUESS WHAT because they were busy NO ROOM SERVICE, by now I annoyed that the only assistance we had been given was to take 15 pound car park and 50 pound deposit out of, Dear _bcnw41408 Thank you for your review after your recent stay at the Shankly hotel.
