Experience & enjoy a warm, welcome from our friendly & experienced staff, whether visiting us for business or pleasure. what a great place to chill, Staff were great from the minute we arrived at reception, we stayed on 15th Sept 2020 for my partners birthday, the receptionist was fab, we arrived early, she took our luggage and showed us where the bar was, then called us when the room was ready, she was lovely.. we then spent a sunny afternoon on the canal in front of the hotel being served fabulous cocktails by the lovely Jan, what a great guy.. nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff, and the hotel and restaurant are so good, weve booked to return on the 29th Sept.. thank you guys you do an amazing job.. Velvet is a stylish and unique boutique hotel in a fantastic location - great vibe and nightlife! Try again, “Great decor, excellent location, big comfortable bed, great complimentary bathroom products”, “Absolutely loved the decor in the room, it felt very plush and luxurious for such a great price. We booked the party package, which included a complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival. The reception staff was charming.
It is undoubtedly excellent Only a few staff made an effort so a bit dissapointing as we love Manchester . Each stunning bedroom and penthouse suites are individually designed to an exceptionally high 4* standard offering indulgent luxury in one of the largest cities in the UK.
