Everything worked until I tried to book - the phone number box in the form just refused to accept any numbers but zeros, and the autocheck refused me to go on without inserting a phone number. The house was just beautiful , clean and outstanding views , the activities were fantastic and so much fun, everything was on time which made it run so smoothly. Expect to send at least 3 emails before they are able to get back to you. Beautiful bedrooms, essentially your own private club downstairs, amazing views...couldn’t have been better! Now just waiting on advice on key pick up. Highly recommended to all. However, the cottage owners went above and beyond to make us feel safe in the current climate. Everywhere was very clean. Bedding is clean and decor modern, mainly bought from IKEA. The house is gorgeous and would recommend to anybody who wants to book a celebration, its got to be the best party house ever! It was great fun. Needed to change a booking due to illness. Celebration cottages were extremely helpful before during and after booking our stay. Impossible to talk with anyone, still owed £200 for a deposit on a property that they confirmed and then cancelled. As per previous comments, we spent most of the time in the kitchen area too. Afternoon teas was wonderful. Booking was very easy The only minor complaint was as the cottage was newly listed there was no images to look at and I felt a bit under pressure to get the dates I wanted so booked without seeing photos they did appear a couple of days later in hindsight I will wait till images are there next time.

Finding the cottage was fine. We stayed at Chateau 1803 for my sister’s hen do and it was hands down the most spectacular venue. Also, the planning team they work with can be a little difficult to get a hold of.
I can't thank you enough for the efforts you have gone to in order to help us out in what is an extremely difficult situation for everyone. Large TV with freeview channels worked well plus board games, novels and dvds are provided.The small wet room has a powerful shower but it leaves a puddle on the mosaic base that takes a long time to dry out. Easy to book and lovely cottage we stayed in. We had afternoon tea set out for us on arrival which was perfect, then spa treatments, then we had a fabulous chef come and cook us all a 3 course meal, the food was 5 star quality! Confirmation came through quickly. The hot tub was very well maintained and the whole property is of impeccable standard. Everyone turned up when they were meant to and a great time was had by all. Once I finally got through the booking was dealt with quickly and efficiently (although we still haven't had confirmation of our new booking).
The view is beautiful。. This cottage is modern, stylish and well equipped. We will be coming back and booking some packages alongside next time! We gave one star because a zero wasn’t available The property- Windy Ridge was perfect in every waySykes customer service was abysmal We would never use Sykes again & would advise everyone to avoid themUnhelpful, arrogant and inflexible They let down some wonderful owners. I have used Sykes before and have never been disappointed. It was quick and easy and everything sent via email and a nice easy app to use to. We had the most amazing weekend. Easy to use, no problems using the site. Very disappointed with the experience with Sykes. think they could use an easier calendar though. Thank you. We had a fantastic time in a really beautiful location.
The house is gorgeous the decor is beautiful and the views are amazing everything we needed was all waiting for us. A Special Thank you to everyone at Celebration Cottages, you tailor made the perfect package for us and you all went out of your way to organise everything to make sure we had the perfect weekend, would definitely book with you again! Upstairs are 2 good sized bedrooms, bright and airy and the beds are very comfy. If you wish to include anything I've said or put it in a usable format then let me know. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fun filled hen weekend ! Stayed at the Boutique Manor Spa in Cumbria, had such a fun weekend, the afternoon tea was delicious! Debbie who provided our afternoon tea was fantastic , so very friendly and is an excellent baker ! The cottage was wonderful,it was clean and spacious.
No swing park for the children to use nearby.There is a smart, large, historical hotel in the grounds that offered food but it looked expensive so we stayed away. I cannot believe it is all over, Our Bride had the most special Hen Party we could have wished for. Excellent in all ways except the time was very extensive. Thank you so much. So looking forward to this break in such a beautiful area.
