This is a very enjoyable look at how our world came to be. The Cartoon history of the universe was my high school history text. off with Christopher Columbus about to set sail on his fateful voyage to the New World. The different approach makes it easier to read the book but also a bit strange since you see all these gruesome scenes of history laid bare in the panels of the cartoons. I wasn't expecting this at all. Yeah, I hate(d) them, too, but please, I'm sure your readers are intelligent enough to make a connection between Machiavelli's advice to use religion to manipulate people and Karl Rove's electoral strategies.

It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness. There was too much information, not enough maps, and textbooks told a clearer, better tale of the periods of time.
