On returning from dinner we found a complementary bottle of champagne in our room,we would have preferred a clean bathroom/shower but this hadn't happened.On check out we returned the champagne but got no explanation why the bathroom had not been cleaned This will be one hotel chain we will not use again. Upon arrival I was informed that car parking would be free and I needed to have my ticket validated when checking out.
