There might be NO hotel parking but they facilitate you with at the door drop off and parking validation in the underground car park w=through a dedicated hotel entrance a short drive up the Queens Road from the hotel roadway (It's literally about 50 metres from the hotel road entrance. The room 120 was spotless, warm, with soft towels, bottled water, Paul Costello toiletries, robes and slippers. Gave a great welcome.

The lady on reception the morning we checked out was very friendly, I cannot recall her name. The bed was unreal comfy. Generally, you were given ample time to enjoy your food. The hotel is a museum in addition to its bedrooms and restaurants the whole building contains what can only be described as artefacts. I've stayed here several times with my partner and I cannot fault them.
